Introduction

Welcome to Grubhouse! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Grubhouse food delivery service, including our website, mobile application, and any other related services (collectively, the "Service"). Use of Service

  2. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

Delivery and Pickup

  1. Delivery Locations: Grubhouse delivers to designated locations in London as specified during the checkout process. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
  2. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to factors beyond Grubhouse's control. Grubhouse does not guarantee delivery within a specific time frame.
  3. Order Acceptance: Upon delivery, you are responsible for inspecting your order for accuracy and completeness. If there are any issues with your order, please contact Grubhouse customer support immediately.

Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: All content and materials available on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Grubhouse or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the state in which the university is located without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
